Dr. Thandar Phyu is a director of the Institute of Advanced Technologies (IAT). She has been working in the University of Computer Studies, Mandalay (UCSM), University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY), Information and Communication Technology Training Institute (ICTTI) and Myanmar Computer Emergency Response Team (mmCERT) and have more than twenty years of IT experience in both teaching and industry.
