As an increasing number of companies transition to cloud-supported infrastructures, the demand for proficient cloud professionals has surged. A noticeable scarcity in skilled individuals in this domain is expected to persist, underscoring the need for qualified experts.

In membership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Academy, renowned leaders in the cloud computing industry, we worked closely with a diverse array of stakeholders, including employers, higher education providers, colleges, students, and subject matter experts. This collaborative effort was aimed at tailoring our new diploma course to precisely align with the distinct needs and expectations of these key stakeholders. Consequently, the implementation of this course reflects our commitment to delivering a qualification that not only meets but exceeds the standards set forth by our esteemed collaborators in the dynamic and ever-evolving cloud space.

In response to the burgeoning opportunities within the cloud computing field and a growing emphasis on fostering employer engagement and work readiness, we have developed a qualification. This program is designed with specialized pathways that place a heightened focus on cloud technologies. These pathways seamlessly integrate academic rigor, technical proficiency, and practical, hands-on experience, offering a comprehensive and tailored approach to meet the evolving demands of the industry.

Purpose of the Cloud Computing Diploma

The Cloud Computing qualification is strategically crafted to equip students for entry-level positions such as Cloud Support Associates, which encompass roles like cloud helpdesk. In these capacities, students will actively accumulate essential experience and time navigating the console, fostering the development of their skills. This initial phase serves as a foundational step, propelling them forward on their journey toward obtaining higher cloud certifications and assuming more advanced and specialized roles within the cloud domain.

These advanced roles include, but are not limited to:

Cloud Support Engineer

Cloud Engineer

Associate Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Cloud Operations Analyst

Cloud Security Engineer

Cloud Consultant

Associate Solutions Architect

First Semester Units

Computer Systems

Cloud Fundamentals

Networking in the Cloud

Security in the Cloud

Deploying and Operating in the Cloud

Second Semester Units

Cloud Architecture Design

Operating Systems in the Cloud

Cloud Systems Integration

Information Security Management in the Cloud

Business Information Technology Systems

[/vc_column][/vc_row]

["post-5014","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
